Madi & Leah
Many of us push ourselves to do more, yet feel guilty when we slow down.
β
We often forget that rest and play are just as important. Inspired by the symbolism of balance during the Autumn Equinox, this retreat invites you to embrace both rest and play. Weβre blending wellness practices with adventure to help you pause, realign, and find joy.
Our intention is that you leave this retreat feeling more aligned, more alive, and more connected to the truth within you. During our time together, we invite you to soften into presence, connect with the land, and allow yourself to be supported by our community. Let this be a week where you give yourself full permission to rest and play!

Helpful tips:Currency Information
The Republic of Ireland uses the euro (β¬), and you'll be able to use your U.S. debit or credit card throughout most of your trip. Visa and Mastercard are widely accepted, including contactless payments, though it's always smart to carry a little cash for smaller purchases.
Getting euros is easy. Dublin Airport has ATMs in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, including in the arrivals areas, so you can withdraw euros after landing.
We recommend using an ATM rather than exchanging a large amount of cash before your trip. Check with your bank beforehand for international transaction and ATM fees, and make sure you know your card's PIN. Ireland uses chip-and-PIN for many transactions.
A good rule of thumb: arrive with your card, withdraw a small amount of euros at the airport, and use your card for the rest. You don't need to carry much cash.
Note: Northern Ireland uses pounds sterling (Β£), but the Republic of Ireland uses euros (β¬).

β
September in Carlingford is typically mild, with daytime temperatures around 17Β°C (63Β°F) and cooler evenings closer to 11Β°C (52Β°F). Rain is common in Ireland at this time of year, so please pack a waterproof jacket or umbrella, along with warm layers for the evenings. Comfortable, sturdy walking shoes are recommended. Weather here can change quickly, so we suggest packing for a bit of everything - sunshine, wind, and rain!
